About the role
As a Junior Hostess on the Food & Beverage team at InterContinental Doha, you will welcome guests, manage seating, and ensure a memorable dining experience through attentive and personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers, providing professional and discreet service.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu to advise guests.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, handling guest queries and complaints promptly.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet.
- Prepare service stations (mise‑en‑place) before, during, and after service, minimizing waste.
- Apply up‑selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Required profile
- Friendly, caring attitude with a focus on true hospitality.
- Ability to deliver professional, discreet, and personalized guest interactions.
- Strong customer‑relation skills, including handling complaints effectively.
