Junior Photographer / Photo Editor (EU Project)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Photographer / Photo Editor to support the communication outreach of an EU policy project covering North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. You will work on‑demand, providing visual content that enhances the visibility and impact of EU initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photographs at conferences, workshops, press events, official visits and other communication activities.
• Produce visual assets for websites, social media, publications and promotional materials.
• Edit, retouch and optimise images for both print and digital use.
• Manage image selection, cataloguing and archiving in line with project requirements.
• Ensure all visual content complies with EU branding, communication and copyright guidelines.
• Collaborate with communication teams to support storytelling and campaign objectives.
• Provide photographic coverage of high‑level institutional events and stakeholder engagements.

Required profile

• Professional training (or equivalent) in photography.
• Access to professional photography equipment.
• Fluent working knowledge of English.
• Minimum 2 years general photography experience and at least 1 year in press/event or corporate photography.
