Key Account Manager – End User & Trade

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive DEWALT and STANLEY sales through channel partners in Qatar’s end‑user and trade market. You will set and achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with key accounts, and develop strategies to expand distribution and brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Set and meet territory sales targets while managing commercial objectives.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to strengthen relationships with end‑users and trade partners.
• Present product solutions, conduct demonstrations, and promote brand standards across all channels.
• Identify new distribution opportunities, manage inventory, and conduct market research.
• Lead training events, safety sessions, and job‑site activities to boost product usage and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, sales or marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales distribution, channel execution or account management.
• Strong relationship‑building and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, planning and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in generating reports, analyzing marketing metrics and using e‑commerce platforms.
