Key Stage 1 Class Teacher

About the role

Doha English Speaking School is seeking two experienced Key Stage 1 Class Teachers to start on 21 March 2027. The role involves delivering the British curriculum to a diverse, multicultural student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain high academic standards and a supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to safeguarding duties and promote the welfare of all children.

Required profile

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a minimum of two years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 within a British curriculum setting.
• Native‑level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and a commitment to inclusive education.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team.
