About the role
Join Raffles Doha, a luxury hotel within Katara Towers, as a Kids Club Attendant. You will create a safe, engaging, and memorable environment for young guests, supporting families and upholding the hotel’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome children and families warmly, ensuring a positive arrival experience.
- Supervise children at all times to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Plan and lead age‑appropriate games, arts & crafts, educational and recreational activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the Kids Club facilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding schedules, safety, and any special needs.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and hotel policies.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity, patience and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
