About the role

The Kitchen Administrator provides essential administrative support for the hotel’s kitchen operations, ensuring accurate data management, effective communication, and smooth guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, retrieve, and update information in computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping and distribution.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records, reports, and documents.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette and respond to guest inquiries.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a courteous service experience.
• Follow company policies, maintain a clean professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
