Landscaping Technician – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Landscaping Technician will maintain the pristine appearance of the Ritz-Carlton Doha’s grounds, ensuring all outdoor areas reflect the brand’s luxury standards. You will work hands‑on with a variety of equipment and plants to keep the property looking exceptional for guests and events.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the appearance of fountains, planters, lawns, flower beds, and other grounds features.
• Install, replace, and transplant trees, shrubs, flowers, bulbs, and grass.
• Trim, prune, edge, and mow grass, including areas inaccessible to standard mowers.
• Operate and maintain irrigation systems, dump trucks, tractors, and other utility vehicles.
• Clean, refuel, and perform routine maintenance on all equipment after use.
• Follow safety policies, report defects or accidents, and ensure a professional uniform appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related landscaping or grounds‑maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No supervisory experience required.
