Lead, Community Management

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Lead, Community Management to oversee the Master Community in Qatar. You will be responsible for delivering community management services, ensuring safe and high‑quality environments, and coordinating with developers, authorities, residents, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement community management strategies in line with guidelines and policies.
• Prioritise and resolve maintenance requests for common‑use facilities.
• Identify problem areas and recommend improvement plans for site and facility efficiency.
• Apply and enforce Master Developer rules, community declarations, and usage regulations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on activities, issues, and performance.
• Liaise with mega and sub‑developers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and obtain approvals for the annual master community budget.
• Oversee facility management, business operations, maintenance, administration, and asset improvement.
• Conduct quarterly and annual reconciliation of collected and outstanding accounts.
• Issue community notices, communications, and organise events.
• Prepare and dispatch invoices, follow up on collections, and provide collection reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Community Services, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in facility and/or property management with exposure to community management functions.
• Working knowledge of city management or real‑estate operations.
• Demonstrated experience in community consultation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in Qatar or the wider GCC is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
