Lead Lifestyle Improvement

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Lead Lifestyle Improvement to support the Manager of Community Management in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on designing, implementing and continuously enhancing initiatives that enhance the lifestyle experience of residents, customers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing lifestyle activities such as sports events, community activations and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with vendors, trainers and wellness partners to ensure smooth delivery of events and services.
• Promote participation through outreach, promotional materials and direct engagement with residents and stakeholders.
• Support lifestyle communications via newsletters, emails and digital platforms.
• Maintain records of program performance, participation and satisfaction; monitor participant experience and escalate issues.
• Benchmark programs against leading smart cities, real‑estate developers, airports and hospitality brands.
• Contribute to the development of annual lifestyle calendars and activation roadmaps.
• Perform other duties and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Community Services, Events Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in event planning, activity coordination or lifestyle/community programs.
• Proven experience in community consultation and stakeholder engagement.
• Working knowledge of city management and/or real‑estate operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
