Lead Operations Data & Performance Analyst

About the role

The Lead Operations Data & Performance Analyst is responsible for analysing, validating and reporting operational data for the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC). The role supports decision‑making, improves procedural efficiency and enhances monitoring of personnel performance and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to the information‑system team during major application deployments, designing high‑performance operational solutions.
• Develop and consolidate operational dashboards, analysing hard‑resource allocation data and trends for management.
• Automate manual operational procedures to reduce manual workload and support day‑to‑day AOCC operations.
• Create training material and promote a data‑driven decision‑making culture.
• Produce timely reports on AOCC performance against KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Research operational issues, identify data discrepancies, and propose preventive solutions.
• Apply statistical methods to analyse data, identify patterns and present conclusions to line managers.
• Collaborate with other analytics and reporting teams to improve overall reporting capability.
• Design and develop automated reporting using corporate applications and guide AOCC duty teams on data usage.
• Participate in regular meetings with managers to understand business requirements and support operational projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in airport operations.
