Operations Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Operations Associate supports the Store Manager in delivering operational excellence for a luxury fashion boutique. You will ensure accurate inventory, seamless stock movements, and high‑level service that reflects the brand’s prestige.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records and stock accuracy, coordinating deliveries and internal movements.
• Optimize stock levels to support sales targets and enhance overall store efficiency.
• Manage administrative tasks related to stock, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with brand values.
• Uphold the brand’s image by ensuring impeccable presentation and handling of all merchandise.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to support accurate stock handling and client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or stock management within luxury or fashion retail.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, able to work closely with managers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
