Lead Technical Storekeeper

About the role

Qatar Airways is looking for a Lead Technical Storekeeper to join the Flight Operations – ITC team in Doha. You will manage the storage, control and distribution of spares, consumables, tools and technical materials that support flight simulator training devices and daily engineering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ITC technical services store, handling spare parts and consumables for simulator engineers.
• Perform binning, pre‑loading, receiving, dispatching, issuing and transferring of aircraft/simulator spares, tools and equipment.
• Update warranty trackers for repaired parts and conduct regular store counts.
• Verify inventory data, report discrepancies and ensure accuracy of the inventory system.
• Ensure compliance with QR/QCAA and OEM requirements for storage, handling, cleanliness, environment control and dangerous goods.
• Coordinate shipment clearance, conduct initial checks, raise documentation and update the Oracle inventory tool.

Required profile

• Relevant college or university qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical storekeeping or inventory role.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline‑specific computerized inventory controlling systems.
• Familiarity with spare parts and equipment management.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Oracle‑based inventory tools.
