Learning Technology Manager

About the role

The Learning Technology Manager will lead the design, deployment and strategic use of learning technology solutions to enhance talent development across the organization. This role focuses on implementing a new Enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) and leveraging analytics to drive performance‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy cost‑effective, engaging learning technology solutions that improve employee and departmental performance.
• Utilise the LMS to create a Business Intelligence system that predicts compliance risks, analyses engagement, and identifies high‑value career paths and leadership candidates.
• Collaborate with senior management to capture training needs, address performance gaps, and deliver digital learning solutions.
• Support the Talent Development team in using technology to influence operational changes and provide 24/7 learning access.
• Maintain data integrity within the LMS and produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Act as the domain expert for learning platforms, contributing internal articles, micro‑learning, and knowledge‑sharing posts.
• Apply predictive analytics to enable data‑driven decision making in talent management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including work with enterprise‑scale LMS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or HR certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in digital content management and learning analytics.
