About the role
The Organizational Development Team Leader drives OD initiatives, manages performance cycles, and supports talent management across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Organizational Development initiatives and projects.
- Manage Performance Management cycles (KPIs, appraisals, calibration).
- Support Talent Management, succession planning, and career development.
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and competency framework projects.
- Analyze workforce data and provide reports/dashboards.
- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Manage and coach the OD team.
