About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Supervisor to lead tenant acquisition and leasing activities for our property portfolio in Doha, Qatar. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and supports the achievement of leasing targets.

Key responsibilities

Tenant acquisition
Leasing negotiations
Contract coordination
Tenant relations
Occupancy management
Supporting leasing targets

Required profile

Proven experience supervising leasing, property management, real estate, or rental operations
Strong understanding of leasing cycles, tenancy documentation, renewals, deposits, and occupancy management
