About the role
The Legal Specialist will support Vodafone Qatar by ensuring legal documentation complies with internal standards and local regulations, while providing research and advice to internal stakeholders on a range of legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prepare communication drafts and ensure legal documentation aligns with Vodafone Qatar standards and local law.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice to the business and department heads on various legal matters.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on contracts and documents for business‑critical projects.
- Advise stakeholders on legal risks when customer terms differ from Vodafone Qatar’s standard terms, in coordination with the Legal Director.
- Support the preparation of submissions related to legislation and regulation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in law (post‑graduate degree preferred).
- 2–3 years of corporate or commercial legal experience, preferably in a large corporate or private practice firm, with telecom exposure considered a plus.
