About the role

We are recruiting a Licensed Aircraft Technician for Specialized Services (Machine) in Doha. The role involves performing maintenance on aircraft components, certifying the work, and providing technical guidance to mechanics.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled aircraft and component maintenance in line with company policies and procedures.
• Certify completed maintenance tasks using authorized privileges.
• Identify and advise on potential work‑related issues and implement solutions.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely, following instruction manuals.
• Select and use correct, calibrated tools and equipment for all tasks.
• Ensure on‑time completion of maintenance to meet internal customer requirements.
• Optimize manpower and resources through effective roster management.
• Prioritise work for staff to meet release deadlines while adhering to maintenance data and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid aircraft maintenance licence allowing certification of work.
• Experience in performing and supervising aircraft component maintenance.
• Ability to guide mechanics with specialized technical knowledge.
