About the role

The Lifestyle Mixologist creates memorable, unique beverage experiences for our guests. Working in a hotel environment, you will blend classic mixology with emerging trends and local flavors while acting as a host for the entire space.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality drinks, ensuring the bar operates flawlessly.
• Build relationships with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate guest needs.
• Provide detailed information on wine origins, vintages, and styles when asked.
• Maintain a safe, professional workplace by following company policies and protecting assets.
• Support management in hiring, training, and developing new team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Mixology – crafting cocktails and beverages.
• Wine knowledge – understanding origins, vintages, and styles.
• Customer service – engaging with guests and answering inquiries.
