About the role
Join the hospitality team at The Plaza Doha and be the first friendly face guests see. As a Lobby Hostess you will create a warm welcome, assist with guest needs and keep the lobby inviting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival, provide directions, local recommendations and general information.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, outlet hours, local attractions and transportation options.
- Assist with guest errands such as retrieving packages, laundry, event tickets and other requests.
- Keep the lobby clean, organized and welcoming at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly, efficient attitude.
Required profile
