About the role
The Lobby Lounge Supervisor ensures optimal service by leading staff, maintaining standards, and delivering a welcoming experience for guests at the Sheraton lobby lounge.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff to ensure teamwork, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct opening and closing duties, including inventory, cleaning, and securing the area.
- Inspect staff grooming, attire, and storage areas for compliance and cleanliness.
- Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest well‑being.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees.
- Enforce company safety policies, report incidents, and complete required safety training.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food & beverage operations.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.
Required skills
- Strong communication and professional language skills.
- Ability to read and verify information in various formats.
