Lounge Attendant – Front of House

About the role

The Front of House Lounge Attendant ensures that every guest experiences premium, 5‑star service throughout the lounge. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through facilities, answering queries and promoting Qatar Airways’ loyalty programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all lounge touch‑points, including check‑in, upselling and answering enquiries.
• Maintain the lounge’s visual standards and ensure all equipment (flight displays, scanners, etc.) is functional.
• Promote lounge facilities such as showers, quiet areas, lockers and dining spaces.
• Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping and external partners (MOI, other airlines, hotels) to guarantee smooth operations.
• Handle inventory, policy updates, operational forms and incident reporting.
• Encourage guests to complete satisfaction surveys and manage lost‑and‑found items.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good knowledge of frequent‑flyer programmes and airport procedures.
