Loyalty Marketing Specialist

About the role

This role supports the implementation of the loyalty marketing strategy (Brand, Acquisition, Accrual, Redemption and Customer Engagement) so that the Loyalty and Digital Direct targets are met: acquisition, revenue, active members, member engagement metrics and Net Promoter Score. It works with the Manager Loyalty Marketing and the digital marketing and CRM teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run campaigns and activities that support KPIs such as acquisition, accruals, breakage, redemption, engagement, mobile app downloads and UOR
• Manage the creative process with internal and external agencies and tailor campaigns for local markets
• Use performance, customer and insight data to deepen the Privilege Club brand footprint and define target audiences
• Track campaign performance after launch, run tests (NB, multi-variant, audience, subject line) and close the loop with results and learnings
• Support the CRM and personalisation teams with data models and use cases, and contribute to the group digital strategy
• Manage campaign budgets, promo miles and vendor selection with the campaign coordinator and procurement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of job-related experience
• Preferred: experience in the Middle East in a multi-cultural environment and hands-on data analysis experience
• Good understanding or enthusiasm for the airline industry
• Strong communication, time management and presentation skills; preferred: Arabic

• Basic to intermediate dashboard reporting tools, e.g. Power BI
