Marketing Assistant – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

EGO is a premium medical aesthetics clinic in Doha, specializing in dermatology, aesthetic medicine and personalized skin treatment plans. It is looking for a proactive, creative and results-oriented Marketing Assistant with previous marketing experience, who will coordinate and develop the clinic's marketing activities. This is not an entry-level position; candidates need practical experience and a proven portfolio, with the chance to progress to Marketing Specialist based on results.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content production and brand promotion.
• Manage freelance videographers, photographers, designers and other contractors, organize video shoots, prepare briefs and ensure content meets brand standards.
• Coordinate Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital marketing activities.
• Support the development and promotion of the website, online aesthetic assessments and the skincare store.
• Research competitors, marketing trends and new client acquisition opportunities in Qatar.
• Monitor campaign results, inquiries, bookings and marketing performance.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation, research and marketing efficiency.
• Work directly with clinic management to implement marketing projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven experience promoting brands, supported by a portfolio or examples of successful campaigns.
• Experience coordinating videographers and other creative professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
• Excellent English communication skills and currently based in Qatar.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, healthcare or premium brands is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing and content production.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI or similar.
