About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will promote the St. Regis brand both internally and externally, driving awareness and supporting revenue growth for Marriott properties in Doha. The role involves engaging guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high‑standard guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Promote brand awareness and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Identify up‑sell opportunities and sell enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
- Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package tours and verify eligibility.
- Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets to guests.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities and services, and handle telephone inquiries with professional etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records of messages, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to lift objects up to 10 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
