Marketing Producer

About the role

Rafeeq, Qatar’s leading all‑in‑one delivery and lifestyle platform, is looking for a Marketing Producer to join its Doha office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects that boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with design, content, product and external agencies to align creative output with business goals.
• Manage project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope.
• Oversee offline initiatives such as BTL activations, events, POSM and other large‑scale projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, handling multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
• Background in marketing and digital marketing, with familiarity of campaign metrics and tools.
• Creative mindset with a track record of delivering innovative marketing initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience managing big offline projects and working with creative production agencies.
