Martial Arts Coach for Kids

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Kids’ Martial Arts Coaches to deliver high‑quality, structured training sessions across multiple disciplines. You will work with children of various ages, fostering a safe, disciplined, and fun environment while helping them develop confidence and technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate martial arts classes for children, following a clear progression and grading system.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere that builds confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
• Adhere strictly to child safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all participants.
• Communicate regularly with parents about progress, behaviour, and program details.
• Maintain professional standards, punctuality, and presentation, and participate in internal training and meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience coaching children in martial arts.
• Black Belt (or equivalent advanced level) in at least one relevant discipline.
• Recognised coaching certification (preferred) and valid Safeguarding/Child Protection certification (mandatory or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
