About the role
The Math Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction to students. This position involves creating and implementing engaging lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and supporting students' mathematical understanding through differentiated instruction. The teacher will help students develop strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to prepare them for further academic and professional success.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to students.
- Create and implement engaging lessons.
- Foster a positive classroom environment.
- Support students' mathematical understanding through differentiated instruction.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education with a concentration in Mathematics.
- Master's degree in Mathematics or Education (optional but preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in mathematics.
- Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Familiarity with standardized testing and assessment methods.
