مضيفة استقبال محترفة مع خبرة في استقبال الضيوف وتقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة وتنظيم مكتب الاستقبال.

المهام الرئيسية

استقبال الضيوف وتوجيههم.
تنسيق الحجوزات وتحديث السجلات.
تقديم صورة إيجابية ومشرّفة عن المؤسسة.

الملف المطلوب

أنثى.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء.
القدرة على العمل بدوام جزئي أو كامل.

المهارات المطلوبة

مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
إجادة تنظيم مكتب الاستقبال وإدارة الحجوزات.
