Middle Product Manager II

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Middle Product Manager to drive key initiatives within Snoonu’s product team. You will shape product strategy, guide development from concept to launch, and ensure our super‑app continues to meet market demands and anticipate future trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post‑release iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations to deliver seamless product experiences.
• Prioritise the product backlog, manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
• Conduct A/B testing, user research and market analysis to validate concepts and drive continuous improvement.
• Define, monitor and act on key performance indicators to measure product success.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support data‑driven decisions.
• Experience conducting user surveys and interviews.
• Adaptable to dynamic, non‑structured environments and capable of managing crises.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance or Marketing.
• Fluent English.
