MIS Executive – Aftersales Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical MIS Executive to join the Aftersales team of Al-Futtaim Automotive in Doha. The role focuses on preparing, analysing and presenting business performance reports that support strategic decision-making across Aftersales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and present monthly MIS reports and KPI dashboards to senior management.
• Monitor business performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Generate and submit periodic reports to automotive principals (Honda, GAC) within agreed timelines.
• Support Aftersales teams by resolving SAP-related issues in collaboration with IT.
• Manage service contract creation, activation and administration, including extended warranties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in MIS, business reporting or business analysis, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to prepare management reports, KPI dashboards and business performance analytics.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• PowerPoint for management presentations.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Dashboard development and KPI reporting.
