Multi-Property General Manager – Luxury Hotels in Doha

About the role

Marriott International seeks a commercially driven, senior hospitality leader to oversee both the Marriott Marquis City Center Doha and the Marriott Executive Apartments (MEA) City Center Doha. The Multi‑Property General Manager will be accountable for overall business performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability across the two luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans that align with Marriott’s global strategy and drive market share, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and coach an executive committee, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring accountability for results.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management teams to create revenue‑generating strategies, optimize pricing, and maximize RevPAR.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, asset management, and cost control to deliver owner returns.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with owners, corporate leadership, and local partners.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently delivered across all guest touchpoints and operational areas.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of General Manager experience in upscale, upper‑upscale or luxury hotels.
• Proven experience managing high‑volume properties with significant food‑and‑beverage and meetings operations.
• Mandatory recent experience in the Middle‑East hospitality market.
• Strong background in both Operations and Sales & Marketing leadership.
• Demonstrated financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting and asset management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
