Multifonds Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Multifonds Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead with 10+ years of experience in financial services technology and strong hands-on expertise in the Multifonds platform. The role covers Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting, Fund Administration and related operations, and includes technical and functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting, NAV calculation, fund valuation and Fund Administration processes, including trade processing, transaction management, reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Work on Transfer Agency processes such as investor servicing, subscriptions, redemptions and investor accounting.
• Gather business requirements, conduct functional analysis, prepare functional specifications and configure and enhance Multifonds.
• Support business users during UAT, functional testing and production releases.
• Develop, execute and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL, handle application configuration, customizations, interfaces and integrations, and support data migration, batch processing and performance optimization.
• Prepare technical specifications, solution designs and implementation documentation, and coordinate with development, infrastructure, database and support teams.
• Drive implementation, enhancement, migration and upgrade initiatives, and oversee development, testing, defect resolution and production deployment.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, perform impact and root cause analysis, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT / financial services technology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with the Multifonds platform and its implementation, configuration, customization, enhancement or production support.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, functional workshops and project delivery.
