National Impact Manager (Qatarization)

About the role

The National Impact Manager develops and leads HEC Paris Doha’s local impact strategy, aligning it with Qatar Foundation priorities and Qatar National Vision 2030. The role works across academic, corporate, and public sectors to create measurable societal, educational, and economic value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the National Impact strategy, define annual objectives, KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Build and maintain relationships with government, Qatar Foundation, academia, businesses and community organisations.
• Design and manage public lectures, executive forums, policy dialogues, research dissemination and alumni engagement activities.
• Strengthen HEC Paris Doha’s visibility as a thought leader and produce impact reports for senior management and Qatar Foundation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, education or related field (or Bachelor’s with significant experience).
• 5+ years of experience in higher education, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, CSR, foundations or ecosystem development.
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s institutional landscape and national development priorities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
