About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Plaza Doha as a Night Manager, overseeing overnight hotel operations and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. You will be the point of contact for guests during the night shift, handling issues, emergencies, and financial processes with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage nightly audits and reconciliation, guaranteeing accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation across all departments, ensuring complete and accurate posting of daily activity.
• Verify payment and credit‑card transaction integrity, resolving complex discrepancies promptly.
• Identify reporting anomalies, assess root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by partnering with the Night Manager on guest issues and emergency situations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
