Operations Documentation Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Documentation Coordinator to ensure that all operational documents, trackers and records are well‑organized, up‑to‑date and easily accessible across multiple teams. The role supports smooth information flow within operations, inventory, procurement and related functions, and requires a meticulous, data‑focused professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain files, folders and internal documentation on shared platforms.
• Prepare, update and manage Google Sheets and Excel trackers.
• Perform data entry, document updates and ensure record accuracy.
• Coordinate with various teams to collect, organize and follow up on required information.
• Identify missing, duplicated, outdated or unclear files and propose improvements.
• Support document naming conventions, folder structures and ownership assignments.
• Handle document access with confidentiality and support related email follow‑up.
• Assist in improving the overall structure and organization of operational documents.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Comfortable with data‑related tasks and document handling.
• Basic email etiquette and professional follow‑up abilities.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar systems is a plus.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar and available to join immediately.
