Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a mission‑driven Operations Manager to serve as the backbone of our fast‑moving startup. You will blend executive support, strategic partnership development, and day‑to‑day operations to help build ethical tech infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and organize documents, manage registrations, applications and other administrative processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows and implement simple automation tools.
• Support founders by managing calendars, travel arrangements and inbox triage.
• Assist with financial administration, including invoice tracking and expense reporting.
• Scout and maintain relationships with partners, vendors and legal contacts, and represent the company in external meetings.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and translate feedback into actionable data insights for product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Passionate about building ethical technology and driven by purpose over profit.
• Clear, warm communicator who avoids corporate fluff.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools, with a focus on automation.
• Highly organized, able to bring order to chaotic environments.
• Analytical mindset combined with empathy to spot trends and improve operations.
• Adaptable to shifting priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Positive, collaborative energy that energizes the team.
• Previous experience in customer success, operations or executive assistance; AI/SaaS background a strong plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a bonus.
