Operator & License Owner, Doha

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to launch and run Stranger Soccer’s football platform in Doha. You will build local partnerships, manage day‑to‑day operations and grow an active community of players, while benefiting from the technology and expertise of our Singapore headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Doha
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
• Recruit, coordinate and support Official Hosts and local team members
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation

Required profile

• Passion for football and strong understanding of the local football community
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
• Background in operations, community management or customer experience
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills
