Oracle Application Technical Consultant

About the role

The senior Oracle Application Technical Consultant is responsible for the technical build and configuration of the Unifier platform, covering business processes, data models, reporting, integrations, and environment management.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Unifier via uDesigner: business processes, workflows, data elements, forms, picklists, and reference records.
• Build and maintain shell hierarchy, templates, cost sheets, funding sheets, cash flow curves, schedule of values, and configurable modules.
• Develop reports and dashboards using User‑Defined Reports, BI Publisher (including custom Arabic templates), and Unifier Analytics.
• Design and implement integrations with Unifier REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware for Primavera P6, ERP systems, and document management.
• Manage configuration packages, migrations across DEV/TEST/PROD, version control and release notes.
• Administer users, groups, roles, permissions and company‑level settings.
• Perform data migration from legacy systems, including mapping, bulk loads, validation and reconciliation.
• Handle performance tuning, L3 support and coordinate with Oracle Support when required.
• Produce technical design documents, integration specifications and configuration workbooks.
• Mentor junior configurators and review their work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Oracle Unifier technical experience with at least two full‑cycle implementations.
• Proven experience integrating Unifier with Primavera P6 and ERP systems.
• Experience with both on‑premises and Oracle Cloud deployments of Unifier.
• Preferred Oracle Primavera Unifier certification and experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion ERP integrations.

Required skills

• uDesigner, business process design, shell and cost/fund/cash‑flow configuration.
• BI Publisher, SQL (Oracle DB) and Unifier reporting.
• Unifier REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (or similar middleware).
• Primavera P6 integration (Gateway, OIC or custom).
• Data migration, performance tuning and L3 support.
• Arabic or right‑to‑left report and template configuration.
