About the role
We are seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant to provide Level 1 support for our supply chain management modules. The role involves handling support tickets and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for Oracle EBS SCM modules, maintaining tickets according to SLA.
- Understand customer expectations and deliver required support with best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience implementing and supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite SCM modules (R12.2+).
- Proven experience in Oracle iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier, and Purchasing support.
