Oracle Functional Consultant - HRMS

About the role

This role supports Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS functional processes, working with HR and business teams to assess requirements, configure the application, support testing and resolve functional incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document HR business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS HRMS functionality.
• Support configuration and functional maintenance of HRMS modules and workflows in the client environment.
• Analyse incidents, service requests and enhancement needs, coordinating resolution and cross-module dependencies.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts and user guides.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking and release validation.
• Work with technical teams on reports, interfaces, data conversions and approved customisations.
• Provide user support, knowledge transfer and guidance on standard application processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant Oracle EBS HRMS functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and the HR modules in scope; candidates must list exact modules and versions.
• Experience in requirements analysis, functional configuration, testing, documentation and production support.
• Understanding of HR processes such as employee records, assignments, positions, organisations, absence or payroll-related processes, as applicable.
• Ability to work with technical teams on interfaces, reports, data issues and integrations.
• Relevant Oracle certification is an advantage.
