Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to provide day‑to‑day application support for a Qatar‑based client. The role will be the primary Finance functional contact, managing ticket queues, guiding a small support team and delivering minor enhancements while ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1.5/L2/L3 functional support for incidents, service requests, problems and production defects.
• Monitor ticket queues, prioritize work by severity and business impact and drive resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Own functional support for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses and Tax.
• Lead and mentor a small team of functional and technical support consultants, allocate tickets and review progress.
• Engage business users to clarify requirements, prepare functional specifications and coordinate build, testing and deployment of minor enhancements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP functional consulting experience, preferably in application support or AMS engagements.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance, covering at least four finance modules.
• Proven ability to lead a small support team and manage customer‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, release and SLA management practices.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills with fluent English communication.
