Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to provide day‑to‑day application support for a Qatar‑based customer. The consultant will act as the primary HCM functional contact, manage support tickets, guide a small onsite/offshore team and support critical HR and payroll cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver application support and service delivery across the Oracle Fusion HCM landscape.
• Own functional responsibilities for multiple HCM modules and coordinate enhancements.
• Lead a small support team in an onsite/offshore model.
• Implement minor enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring SLA compliance.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Oracle HCM functional consulting experience, including Fusion application support.
• Deep expertise in at least four Fusion HCM modules and end‑to‑end hire‑to‑retire processes.
• Proven experience supporting production payroll cycles and handling issue triage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small support team and manage customer‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, documentation and English communication skills.
