Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Techno-Functional Consultant to manage and enhance our Hyperion EPM suite across Qatar. The role combines deep technical expertise with functional finance knowledge to support budgeting, planning, and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Hyperion modules including Essbase, Planning Server, FDQM, and HFM.
• Manage patching, version control, and security compliance for the Hyperion environment.
• Coordinate data loads using FDMEE from Oracle EBS and maintain financial data integrity.
• Develop, update, and maintain system documentation and archiving policies.
• Support month‑end closing, disaster recovery testing, and backup operations.
• Configure user access, create standard reports, and provide Smart View/Essbase Excel add‑in support.
• Lead system upgrades and new Hyperion environment deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion products.
• Proven project management experience, especially on system upgrades.
• Strong understanding of finance and budgeting processes.
