Organizational Design Analyst

About the role

The Organizational Design Analyst will support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and design initiatives in Doha. The role involves analysing structures, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support organizational design and restructuring projects.
• Analyze organizational structures, roles, reporting lines, and workforce data.
• Develop organizational charts, workforce analyses, and management presentations.
• Identify organizational gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support design recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on effectiveness initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, HR analytics, or organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
• Proactive, creative, and strong planning and prioritisation abilities.
