Organizational Excellence Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Organizational Excellence Consultant to join a client‑driven project in Qatar for a period of at least 12 months. The consultant will lead the implementation of the EFQM Excellence Model and drive comprehensive organizational excellence assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the EFQM Excellence Model across client functions.
• Conduct organizational excellence assessments and develop maturity frameworks.
• Analyse assessment results and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to embed best‑practice processes.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on findings and road‑maps.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with the EFQM Excellence Model or similar quality‑management frameworks.
• Background in conducting organizational or maturity assessments.
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to work independently on site in Qatar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
