Pastry Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pastry Assistant to join our on‑site team in Doha. You will work closely with our pastry chefs to create, bake, and decorate a variety of desserts while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing recipes, measuring and weighing ingredients accurately.
• Support the baking and decoration of pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Contribute creative ideas for new dessert offerings.
• Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure consistent product quality.

Required profile

• Passion for pastry and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards.
• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is a plus.
• Barista experience and coffee presentation skills are an advantage.
