PCN / CSWIP Level II Multi-NDT Technician

About the role

We are seeking a PCN / CSWIP Level II Multi‑NDT Technician to perform non‑destructive testing inspections on oil & gas and petrochemical facilities. The role involves applying approved procedures and international standards to ensure material and weld integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) on welds and components.
• Interpret inspection results, prepare detailed reports and document any defects or non‑conformances.
• Verify calibration and serviceability of NDT equipment before use and maintain proper housekeeping of tools.
• Coordinate with QA/QC personnel, supervisors and client representatives during inspection activities.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or Engineering Diploma with valid PCN or CSWIP Level II certification in UT, MT and PT.
• Minimum three years of NDT inspection experience on oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, shutdown or construction projects.
• Familiarity with ASME, ASTM, API and ISO codes is preferred.

Required skills

• Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of welding processes and weld inspection requirements.
• Understanding of HSE regulations and safe work practices.
