People Technology Manager – Workday Implementation

About the role

Agoda is seeking a People Technology Manager to lead the Workday Functional Team within the Global Service Delivery’s People Technology group. Based in Bangkok, you will drive the implementation and enhancement of HR technology solutions that support the company’s worldwide people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical roadmap for Agoda’s HR tech transformation, focusing on Workday modules and integrations.
• Lead a team of subject‑matter experts to implement new Workday functionalities, revamp existing configurations, and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with the People Tech PMO Manager and Operational Excellence Manager to establish governance, change‑request processes, and best‑practice project delivery.
• Partner with Technology teams to design hybrid solutions for emerging HR tech use cases, including Workday Journeys and AI‑driven agents.
• Assess current functional setups, identify improvement opportunities, and present strategic recommendations to senior People leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR technology implementations, preferably with Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, performance management, and organizational data.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
