Pro Body Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Pro Body Technician to join our Bodyshop Aftersales team in Qatar. The role involves performing high‑quality body repairs and panel replacements to manufacturer standards, ensuring safety, durability and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out body panel repairs, replacements, structural repairs and dent rectification according to repair orders.
• Use alignment and measuring systems to restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
• Operate welding, sanding and other body‑shop tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high workmanship standards for first‑time‑right repairs.
• Follow health, safety and housekeeping procedures, keeping the workshop clean and organized.
• Protect customer vehicles throughout the repair process and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
• Complete jobs within expected time standards to support workshop productivity.

Required profile

• High school education with a technical certification in engineering or car body construction and repair.
• 3–4 years of experience as a denter/body technician, including at least 2 years on monocoque bodies.
• Ability to read technical drawings, repair instructions and workshop manuals in English.
• Good understanding of safe working practices and quality standards in a body‑shop environment.
