About the role
A temporary Procurement Assistant is needed for a four-month assignment from November 2026 to February 2027. The role supports the Procurement Team with daily purchasing activities, supplier coordination, procurement documentation, order follow-up and general administrative support. Candidates must be local, hold a valid QID and be available for secondment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily procurement and purchasing activities.
- Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders and related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and obtain quotations.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries and outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments on procurement requirements.
- Support the Procurement Officer with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist with maintaining procurement reports and records.
Required profile
- Local candidate with a valid QID.
- Availability for a four-month secondment.
